Apparently, the promo photos from the Miss USA 2010 pageant are too provocative for some, including longtime fans of the beauty contest. I assumed that these photos would be sub-pornographic, but no–they’re sexy black & white shots that lean (slightly) towards erotica. I think they’re tasteful, but I can see why the erotic aspects would offend the most staunchly-righteous advocates of exploiting women’s beauty and sexuality through competition…wait, no I can’t.
