Schlitz was my beer of choice growing up in a shitty small town in the sticks. It was cheap as fuck, got you ripped and tasted like moldy hops and wet farts, though I’ve heard the brewers’ original formula from the 1960s isn’t bad at all.

Lucky for us youngsters, Milwaukee’s iconic beer returned to its original formula last year, and if you’re like me you didn’t know about the change because you still have night terrors thinking about the shitty Schlitz of the last 30 years. It’s safe to drink Schlitz again, folks–and if you’re out of Schlitz, you’re out of beer.
